We wire homes, offices, and storefronts, then add Wi-Fi, thermostats, smoke alarms, speakers, and screens. You get one system, and one company to call.
What it is
Home, business, and commercial wiring
Ethernet and low-voltage cable for houses, offices, and shops. Cameras, Wi-Fi, phones, and TVs all need a real wire in the wall. It's cheaper to pull it once than to open the wall again for each new thing.
How it works

Walk the building
We'll count the rooms, desks, TVs, and any cameras you might add later, so we order enough cable the first time.

Hide the runs
Inside the walls when we can. A labeled panel in a closet for a house, or a small rack for an office, with a little room left over.

Test every line
You'll get labels and a walkthrough. The next person who opens that closet should be able to tell what's what.
What it is
Custom Wi-Fi & networking
Access points on the ceiling, placed for your floor plan. One router in the living room won't cover a four-story brownstone. Phones should roam, video calls should hold, and guests shouldn't be on the same network as your files.
How it works

Measure the coverage
We'll place access points so every floor — and the backyard, if you need it — actually has signal, and we'll run cable to each one.

Split the network
Work, guests, cameras, and smart devices can sit on separate networks. A visitor doesn't need to see your computers.

Leave you the basics
Network names, passwords, and a one-page diagram. You shouldn't have to guess what's in the closet.
What it is
Smart thermostats
A thermostat you can change from your phone. Heat and AC can follow a schedule so you're not heating an empty house. We'll check your furnace or boiler first so the new thermostat actually works with it.

Check the HVAC
Not every system takes a smart thermostat. We'll look at the wiring before we buy one, so we don't have to come back.

Install it and get it online
Power, Wi-Fi, and a mount that sits straight. If the Wi-Fi in that hallway is weak, we'll deal with that too.

Set the schedule with you
Home, away, and sleep — we'll program it together so you know how to change it later.
What it is
Smart fire & smoke
Smoke and fire alarms that talk to each other and to your phone. If one goes off, they all go off, and you get an alert even if you're not home. We put them where the code says they belong.
How it works

Place them to code
Bedrooms, halls, and whatever the commercial rules ask for. That's the starting point.

Link them together
The alarms interconnect. If it makes sense, they join the rest of the system so you get a phone alert too.

Test with you there
You'll hear it, you'll silence it, and you'll know who gets the text. Better to find that out now than at 2 a.m.

Distributed audio
Speakers in the ceiling and music in every room from one app. Kitchen, patio, and bedroom can play together or separately, without a big speaker sitting in the living room.

We'll talk through how you use the space and how many speakers you actually need, indoors and out.

Hide the equipment
Amps and streamers go in the closet. The grilles match the ceiling, so you mostly just see the room.

Show you how to play something
We'll group the rooms and walk you through starting music, so you can use it without a manual.
What it is
Streaming, video & signage
TVs and menu boards that stay on and show the right picture, without a nest of HDMI sticks hanging off the back. For lobbies, restaurants, and meeting rooms.
How it works

Pick the screen
Size and brightness for that wall — including daylight on a storefront — so people can actually read it.
- 02
Feed it on a wire
A player on the network, cable in the wall, and a way to change the content without sending a truck.
- 03
Mount it clean
Flush or recessed, with the cable hidden. The lobby should still look like a lobby.
